• Marketing automation and CRM implementation
• Lead capture and follow-up systems

AI-POWERED SERVICES

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI systems will interact with your customers on your behalf
• AI-generated responses are based on information you provide
• AI systems may make automated decisions
• AI performance depends on the quality of information provided

AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate responses and are not a substitute for professional advice.

FEES AND PAYMENT

Fees are outlined in your service agreement. Usage-based fees may apply for:

• AI voice agent usage (inbound and outbound calls)
• Phone and telephony services
• SMS and text messaging
• Email sending and AI chat interactions

Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified.

DISCLAIMERS

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS INCLUDING SEARCH RANKINGS, LEAD VOLUME, CONVERSION RATES, OR ROI.

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
